How To Dress Functionally Between Seasons In March

How to dress functionally between seasons in March is today’s topic I like to discuss. March is a kind of weird month. It’s almost spring yet, not quite, and the weather varies drastically. As Ralph Waldo Emerson put it, “Our life is March weather. Savage and serene in one hour.” In March, we will face summer and winter at the same time. Therefore, your outfits should be planned accordingly.

In this post, I plan to put together a few outfit ideas that can be worn by layering to dress functionally. To do that, we need base pieces, such as business suits, blouses, vests, and either trench coats or very light coats. You can layer these pieces together to create looks. Of course, depending on the weather, you could quickly move or add a piece to stay comfortable. These pieces are put together to create looks.

Basic Outfits With a Trench Coat

Here is the lace top, over which is a sweater and sequin skirt. To handle the ever-changing weather, wear a trench coat or a jacket. Depending on the weather, you can take a trench coat or jacket off or on to dress more functionally based on the weather.

I opt to wear a short trench coat instead of a long one. Usually, most trench coats are long. So if you prefer a short one and can’t find it quickly, you can wear a jacket or shop the children’s section to find a trench coat.

Casual Outfits With Boleros

Another casual weekend wear option is a bolero. There are many cute, colorful boleros that you can shop for, and they go well with jeans if you don’t like to wear a trench coat. So boleros or cropped sweater tops will work well to cope with changing weather.

Conclusion

Here is how to dress functionally between seasons in March. Layering clothes is a way to cope with the changing weather. So, wear basic pieces and wear or carry something you can easily put on or take off based on the weather change.

Those additional pieces of clothing would be trench coats and jackets, light coats, and boleros. Why don’t you try some of my suggested outfits above and tell me how you like them in the comment sections?
