How to shop this year’s winter trend coat is today’s post. Fall is here and it will be winter soon; even in California, I feel early in the morning and evening weather change. And reminded me, it’s time to reorganize my clothes. Of course, the first thing I thought about it was coats or jackets and shoes.

Let me share with you this year’s coats trend first and how to shop and where to shop. Or some of you might have to dig out your old coats. After all, fashion repeats itself. Your old coats might be in trend now.

The faux-fur coat is still going strong. You might already have one in your closet. However, this year’s faux-fur coat is more colorful. It coordinates the fashion trend color of 2021. It’s rich, warm, and colorful. So if you are in the mood to update your coat and are interested in a faux-fur coat, you could get a bright lime yellow, deep purple, or burgundy with the red mix. In case if you have already with black or camel and you could update with colorful ways. For example, you could add colorful sleeves and add bright colors, etc.

We all have a puffer jacket; I mean a sort of jacket that we all grab and wear when we run out to the old weather to run errands. It’s more casual, but this year, it’s fashion. And it’s an extra puff jacket this year and oversized with materials you can think of, leather, wool, and tweed. Of course, the way you put it together, it could be a hit.

A leopard coat is going strong. The history of the leopard coat goes way back to 1920. And it appeared in many movies throughout Hollywood and 1950 and 1960, and with the anti-fur movement, it died somewhat, and it’s coming back again strongly.

The classic moto leather jacket has been with us all along. This year’s leather coat is more than just a moto leather jacket, from short to long coat and slim fit to boxy fit, it will have lots of choices. What great about a leather coat is that leather is all-around wear. Therefore, you should try to shop based on your style. If you are a casual jean wear kind of girl, I suggest short moto style. If you are more formal and classic, you will likely shop for a long coat or mid-length with a more tailored fashion.
