In this post, I would like to share a lovely fashion trend prediction for the year 2026. This is based solely on what I have observed while visiting fashion malls and small boutique stores. In my opinion, classic is fundamental to fashion, but trends can reflect the current environment.

Obviously, some fashion trends carry over from 2025. For instance, I still see so many sequin-driven and leather fashion. However, by the end of 2025, I started seeing suede bags, shoes, and dresses that were new in 2026. This year, I also see many items are decorated with pearls, rhinestones, and furs.

Whether it is formal or informal wear, this year is all about sparkles. I see even the most loved American women wear jeans with sparkles like sequins, pearls, and rhinestones.

That was the last time it was super popular.

Sequin represents sparkles, happiness, and optimism, which symbolize the year 2026.
