My first Instagram Picture was
My first Instagram picture I posted was me wearing a black dress with black knee-high boots. I was carrying a red Louis Vuitton handbag and attending the Soroya performance. It was “Moon River and the music of Henry Mancini.”
At that time, I wanted to do a “fashion blog,” so I thought it was an excellent time to start Instagram as well. I love the performance. So I thought it was perfect timing showing pictures with my love for art. I love music, and ever since I moved to the San Fernando Valley area, I was looking for a performing art center that I could attend nearby and found the Soraya. https://www.thesoraya.org/
Of course, I changed too. My first Instagram picture was somewhat formal in the beginning. Later I wanted to be a lifestyle blogger. My love for fashion is always going to be with me. But I realize that my life is not all about clothing. Like all of you, I work. I have my challenges. So I want to reflect who I am. A lifestyle blogger will portrait that. So my Instagram pictures show galleries I visit. The museums I go to and the restaurants I hang out. I also post my cello practice pictures and sometimes about my work stories as well.
My first blog post was https://fashionbykukanaana.com/a-little-bit-about-me/ introducing me. It was short. I didn’t know a lot about a blog at that time. Something I wanted to do, but I didn’t have any plan. It seemed a good idea, that type of thing.
I have been posting my Instagram diligently. However, my blog posting hasn’t. I started in the beginning well but took a giant gap in 2019. As we have been fighting coronavirus and stay home movement, I started seriously thinking about my blog and recoup and restart now. So some ways, my first Instagram picture signifies that we have to start somehow. If I haven’t posted, I wouldn’t be here to write about it.
