Why Wear Beautiful White Outfits After Labor Day
Why wear beautiful white outfits after Labor Day is today’s blog post. I know there is a spoken fashion rule: no white outfits after Labor Day. I often wondered “why,” and in my opinion, it doesn’t matter what color outfits we can wear even though the summer is over.
No white outfits after Labor Day started because Labor Day typically represents the end of summer; a ‘rule’ was established that you shouldn’t wear white after Labor Day if you didn’t have the money to take fall and winter vacations. It was also used to identify those who needed to work and those who didn’t.

I have a different opinion, especially for people who live in California. In California, it’s like having the summer all year round. Before I start, why should we still wear white outfits after Labor Day? Let’s explore what the white color means.
White is the color of perfection. The color of clarity is a mixture of all three natural colors’ length waves in sunlight: red, blue, and green. Its meaning is purity, innocence, fullness, and completion. It does not encourage emotions but opens up new paths. It is the color of new beginnings. Therefore, if you want to be fashionably white and express your mood, a white outfit will do it.

I think what we wear often represents our mood and feelings. However, we also wear outfits to define who we are and our role. Business executives dress up to play the part. And, of course, it shows social status.
So when the weather is still warm, wearing white makes perfect sense. We can still wear white summer outfits and a top with a sweater or jacket.
Or all white but appropriate season’s fabric material outfits can be worn all year round. I think it can also be made interesting using accessories or more wool for winter.
Here is my post about putting the same color look.

Conclusion
In conclusion, there are times we shouldn’t be so obsessed with fashion rules. There is a distinction between fashion and style, and when you know your style, you should break fashion rules from time to time. In my opinion, the style represents you, and being yourself is more important than following fashion rules that can’t be you.
After all, we dress to please ourselves, don’t you agree? So I stand against no white outfit after the Labor Day rule. If you are, please comment and subscribe.
